Brewing the Perfect Cup of Coffee

Here’s a cute video that shows how to brew the perfect cup of “pour over” coffee. We have been making coffee this way for decades, and can’t imagine any other way. We don’t weigh the water or the coffee, but measure out two tablespoons or one coffee industry standard scoop of coffee beans, and six ounces of fresh cold water for every cup you want to brew. Make sure to grind the coffee fine, and if you are buying pre-ground, get “paper cone”, or Melitta grind.

Ditch that old percolator or Mr. Coffee. This is the best way to go for a great cup of java.
